Non-Refundable Items:

• Final Sale: All items are marked as "Final Sale" and "Non-Refundable." These items are not eligible for return or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

 

Condition of Items:

• Final sale items are sold in their current condition. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any final sale items, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective final sale item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.

• Notification of Non-Refundable Items:

• All final sale items will be clearly marked as such during the checkout process.

• Cancellation of Final Sale Orders:

• Once a final sale order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

**Condition**

​

​Condition Most of the items that we carry have been previously owned. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be in flawless condition. We inspect each item and list any notable flaws under the Condition Rating. Be sure to inspect all detailed photos that we have taken of the item.

• Giftable: Item is in New condition (see below for more information on this condition) and include one or more of the following: the original box, case, attached retailer tags.

​

• New: Item appears unused. May contain faint signs of wear due to storage conditions.

​

• Excellent: Item is clean and contains very little wear. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing.

​

• Very Good: Item shows some wear and signs of previous use, but still has a lot of life in it. Slightly worn corners, creases in leather, and tarnished hardware may be visible. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing.

• Good: Item does show moderate signs of prior use. Surface scratches, slight darkening in handles, and other indications of wear may be visible. Such signs of wear or imperfections will be noted in the listing.

• Fair: Item will have noticeable signs of wear such as well scuffed edges or significant scratches. Please read the condition notes in the listing and inspect photos before purchasing.

• Fair condition items often present our customers with the greatest opportunity to save significantly on authentic luxury bags.

• Flawed: Item is generally in nice condition overall, but has a major defect or flaw that affects the item’s appearance or functionality.
